At neko maneki, I strive to give every customer a positive experience. To help with that, please take a moment to review the shop policies below:
Handmade with Care: Every sticker is designed, printed, and hand-cut by me. Because of this, each sticker may have a slightly unique cut—but rest assured, the quality remains the same!
Issues with Stickers: If you notice any problem with your order, please send me a photo of the sticker. I’ll compare it with the photo I take before shipping, and if the issue is valid, you’ll receive either a refund or a replacement.
Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your order before your stickers are shipped and receive a full refund. Once stickers have been delivered, returns or refunds are not available unless the product is damaged.
Custom Orders: For custom designs, if you cancel after the draft has been completed, a $10 design fee will apply. If you cancel before the draft stage, there will be no charge.

Questions & Answers

How long does shipping take? - 3 to 5 days, but if you are picking up in Ann Arbor, you can get it asap!

Do you ship internationally? - yes, shipping will cost $2.

What size are the stickers? - they are usually 2 by 2 inches but some stickers are bigger than that!

What should I do if my order arrives damaged? - please send me the photo of the product via instagram or email! (read policy for more)

Are custom designs available? - Yes! but it could be closed sometimes depending on my personal schedule. You can fill out the form for custom order from the "shop" page.

Do you restock sold-out designs? - yes! I will update on my instagram :)
